SPACES & PLACES
In this workshop, I will explain how and why the spaces and places we spend time in impact our sense of satisfaction and the achievement of our goals.
I’ll provide theory and practical tools that help us to ‘match’ tasks to the environment, and together, we’ll think about how to use this knowledge to create your ‘best possible’ space for different tasks.
We’ll think about the social space (including time, motivation, culture, and atmosphere) alongside the physical (in terms of how we personally respond to different aspects of physical spaces) and how these interact. You will create a personalised plan to help you make the most of the spaces and places you spend time in.
Aims:
Increase understanding of the complexity and impact of the spaces and places we spend time in.
Explore the concept of ‘matching’ task to environment and individual contexts.

You will create an individual action plan that promotes health and wellbeing through intentional use of spaces and places to support the successful achievement of goals
