I will provide theory and practical tools to support helpful conversations and together we’ll apply these to your experiences to create clarity in your understanding of where the pressure and demands are causing challenge and where there is space for development.

  • Increase understanding of, and differentiation between, varying levels of pressure and demand.

  • Explore the demand/capacity model and the Person-Environment-Occupation model as tools to identify and understand demands and pressures.

 

Outcome:


You will leave with an individual action plan that promotes health and wellbeing through accurate and individualised expectations and responses to pressure and demand.
